JYJ Kim Jaejoong confirms his first appearance on drama, collaborates with Choi Kang Hee and Ji Sung

Kim Jaejoong, member of JYJ, confirmed his first appearance on Korean drama.

JYJ’s agency staff revealed, “Kim Jaejoong will be meeting the fans through a drama for the first time in Korea. He is excited to work with such great actors and staff,” on the phone interview with Newsen on June 23, 2011.

Kim Jaejoong will be collaborating with Ji Sung, Choi Kang Hee, and Wang Ji Hye on SBS’s new Wed/Thu Drama “The Boss has Changed (tentative).”

“The Boss has Changed” is a romantic comedy about a female protagonist who is hired as a part-time secretary for a “punk” boss (male protagonist) of a conglomerate.

In this drama, Kim Jaejoong will play the role of Cha Mu Won, accomplished prince of financial world.

It is said that Kim Jaejoong is diligently rehearsing for the fans who have waited for him and the drama.


A staff commented, “he has been steadily sharpening his acting skills but since this is the first time meeting the Korean fans through a drama, he is working even harder. Please look upon him favorably.”

Meanwhile, Ji Sung will play Cha Ji Hun, the insecure, bratty youngest son of a conglrpmerate, and Choi Kang Hee will play No Eun Sul, a typical young unemployed who somehow ends up hired as the part-time secretary.

Also Wang Ji Hye will play Seo Na Yoon, who not too short nor excessive in perfection. The focus is on how these four characters will play out in a rectangular relationship. “The Boss has Changed” will premiere on August 3, 2011 succeeding “City Hunter.”
