ZAK Cooperation Inc.

We hereby report the [details about]donation of Charity Event.

It has been decided to donate 1,000 radiation detectors [Nuk Alter!] funded by the profits from JYJ Charity Event held on June 7, 2011 after discussion with C-JeS Entertainment. It was based on the request for emergency aid from Hidekiyo Tachiya, the mayor of Souma City (相馬市) in Fukushima, to Korea/Japan Economic Department at Japanese Foreign Ministry and our company.

Souma City has planned to deliver these radiation detectors to children in elementary and middle schools, kindergartens and nursery schools in case of hydrogen explosion of the 1st Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, and we have already delivered 500 of detectors to the City Hall of Souma for students [in Elementary/Middle schools].

The remaining 500 detectors will be donated to children in kindergartens and nursery schools on Aug 31, 2011 in Tokyo when the representatives of each institution visit Tokyo.
